• Referral Partners can refer multiple professional colleagues or businesses during this campaign, the lead must not currently be using Stradus or must not already be in discussion with Stradus for Stradus Services.
• If the lead is received from multiple Referral Partners, the Referral Partner from whom the lead was first received will be considered for the referral partner benefit.
• If the lead is already a stradus user, already in discussion with stradus or lead already received from another Referral Partner, the same will be notified to the Referral Partner by email.
• A successful lead is considered if the lead subscribes with signed agreement and complete payment to begin using Stradus services on or before December 8^th 2024. Successful leads will be communicated to the Referral Partner through email.
• Any lead subscribing to Stradus Services after December 8^th 2024 will not be considered for the Referral Partner benefit under this campaign or any other benefit.
• Only leads received with complete information filled in the lead form will be considered for the Referral Partner benefit under this campaign. Referrals/leads received from any other channel of communication will not be considered for the referral partner benefit under this campaign.
• Referral Partners will receive 1 coupon with every successful lead. The coupon code will be shared via email. Each coupon is valid till December 31^st 2024
• Referral Partners can redeem the coupons by sending a mail to sales@stradus.com with the Coupon Codes, Billing Name & Address and Shipping Name & Address
• The coupons can be redeemed for the following products:

  • Redeem 3 coupons for Apple 10.9” iPad (64GB, Wifi)
  • Redeem 5 coupons for Apple iPhone 14 (128GB)
• In the case of unavailability of the above mentioned products, a similar alternative product will be provided at the sole discretion of Stradus.
• This referral campaign only applies to referrers and leads in India.
• You are solely responsible that your participation in this Stradus referral campaign does not violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations, agreements between you and your employer or between you and any third party, both directly or indirectly.
• This referral campaign does not apply to official Stradus resellers and Stradus employees.
